Oman Establishment for Press, Publication & Advertising (OEPPA), founded by a Royal Decree, is one of the largest, most progressive and well respected media houses in the Sultanate of Oman. The Establishment publishes the two official dailies of the country – ‘Oman Daily Arabic’, launched
in November 1972, and ‘Oman Daily Observer’, launched in November 1981. Oman Observer and Oman Daily are the only two newspapers in the country which publishes throughout the week, including on weekends.

Oman Observer and Oman Daily also have a very strong presence in the Sultanate’s social media landscape.

Apart from publications, its commercial wing ‘AI Omaneya Advertising & PR’ provides a comprehensive range of advertising and related services, all under one roof. AI Omaneya’s principal activity is to manage the advertising of Oman Arabic Daily and Oman Daily Observer along with its special supplements and magazines, in addition to working in coordination with Oman TV and Oman Radio. The ultimate goal of OEPPA is to produce media of the highest quality and to the highest ethical standards.
