Company Profile

Arabian Research Bureau (ARB) was formed in December 2003 and since then has established a strong brand image with a reputation for facilitating fact-based decision making, tailored research solutions, controlled observation and the collection and analysis of data. ARB is known for its innovation within the research industry and an understanding of local markets. ARB takes pride in providing the best service possible for all its clients.

Moreover, it is recognized for the high level of value it adds as data generators (in terms of quality checks) and analysis as well as being experts in the Arab viewpoint. ARB has also developed strong field infrastructures since 2003 with more than 300 interviewers and mystery shoppers across Oman and the GCC.

ARB has diverse experience, which is apparent from the wide range of studies we have conducted over the years. These vary from studying brand equity and consumer behavior/preferences in the context of a particular product or service to social behavior and the national economy at large. Our research has ranged from micro to macro; from conducting feasibility studies for establishing companies, studying the impact of specific products and services to conducting brand audits for reputable entities.

ARB’s core areas of expertise are Market Research & Competitive Intelligence, Economic Research & Analysis, Social Research & Analysis, Employee Engagement Research & Analysis and Advanced Statistical Analysis (Correlation Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, Correspondence Analysis, Cronbach’s Alpha-Reliability Test, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), Quadrant/ Leverage Analysis, Hypothesis Development, Venerability Analysis and Van Westendorp’s Price Sensitivity Monitor Analysis).
